Machine Composition

The Plastic Mixer is composed of five core components working in harmony: mixing tank, rotating blades, transmission device, discharge door, and cooling/heating device. This integrated design ensures efficient, homogeneous mixing for various plastic materials with precise temperature control and flexible speed options.

Five Core Components

1. Mixing Tank

Conical container composed of grinding plate, shell, and top container. Feeding ports for materials and binders on top cover. Jacket type structure allows cooling water and hot water circulation.

2. Rotating Blades

Specially shaped mixing blades installed on main shaft. Two-speed operation (60 rpm and 120 rpm) ensures thorough material mixing during different phases.

3. Transmission Device

Consists of electric motor (variable speed regulation), belt pulley, and gearbox for precise speed control.

4. Discharge Door

Side-mounted discharge mechanism with connecting rod system directly driven by cylinders for reliable, controlled material discharge.

5. Cooling & Heating Device

Cooling water grid, hot water tank, cooling/hot water circulation basin. Automatic control ensures optimal material temperature during mixing.

Automatic Temperature Control

To ensure precise material temperature during mixing, the amount of cooling water and hot water is automatically controlled — preventing degradation of heat-sensitive materials.

Pneumatic Discharge System

The cylinder-driven connecting rod system provides smooth, reliable door opening, minimizing downtime between batches.

Machine composition

(1) Mixing tank. A conical container composed of a grinding plate, a shell, and a top container. There are feeding ports for materials and binders on the top cover, and the silver tray structure is a jacket type for cooling water and hot water to pass through.
(2) Rotating blades. Mixing blades with special shapes. The blade is installed on the main shaft and can change two speeds (60r/min and 120r/min) during operation to ensure sufficient mixing of materials.
(3) The transmission device consists of an electric motor, a belt pulley, and a gearbox. The electric motor is of variable speed regulation type.
(4) Discharge door. A discharge mechanism installed on the side of the mixing tank, through which the mixed materials are discharged. The door opening mechanism consists of a set of connecting rod systems, which are directly driven by cylinders.
(5) Cooling and heating device. It consists of cooling water grid, hot water tank, cooling and hot water circulation basin, etc. In order to ensure the temperature of the materials during mixing, the amount of cooling water and hot water should be automatically controlled.
