Product Application
SRL-Z series mixing unit is mainly used for batching, mixing, coloring and drying resins such as PE, PP and PVC. It can also be used for drying and devolatilization of engineering plastics such as ABS, PC before processing, and mixing phenolic resin. This unit combines hot mixing and cold mixing — after hot mixing, material is cooled during cold mixing to exhaust residual gas and avoid caking.
Key advantage: Integrated hot-cold process eliminates need for separate equipment — saves floor space and reduces handling.

Product Application
SRL-Z series mixing unit is mainly used for batching, mixing, coloring and drying resins such as PE, PP and PVC, etc. It also can be used for drying and devolatilization of engineering plastics such as ABS, PC, etc. before processing and mixing phenolic resin.
This unit combines hot mixing and cold mixing. After hot mixing the material will be cooled down during cold mixing so as to exhaust residual gas and avoid caking.
